The role
What the work looks like.
Incoding is a software development company in Beirut. We build the systems that logistics companies, online stores and healthcare providers run on.
We're building a complete healthcare platform that runs a hospital end to end: clinical care, from the patient record to the lab, imaging and pharmacy; billing and insurance claims; the hospital's operations, from finance to supply chain and staff; analytics and reporting; and mobile apps for patients and staff.
It's in development, so you'll help shape it rather than maintain it. You'll build features end to end, from the database to the screens doctors, nurses and administrators use every day, alongside senior engineers who review your work.
What you'll do
- Build features in C# and ASP.NET Core MVC, from the data model to the Razor views
- Model data with EF Core and SQL Server: entities, migrations and efficient queries
- Write unit and integration tests with xUnit for the code you ship
- Build rich, data-heavy screens (grids, forms, scheduling) with Telerik and Kendo UI
- Work across the platform's modules, from clinical workflows to billing and operations, keeping each module's boundaries clean
- Handle patient and financial data with care: access control, audit and privacy built into every feature
- Turn real hospital workflows into clear, reliable features, working with the product team
- Take part in code reviews, and keep the codebase easy for the next person to work in
What we look for
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience with C# and .NET 8 or later
- ASP.NET Core MVC with Razor views
- EF Core and SQL Server: modelling, migrations and writing efficient queries
- Unit testing with xUnit
- Git, pull requests and code review
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work from our office in Beirut
Nice to have
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Modular monolith architecture
- Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core or Kendo UI
- Healthcare software: patient records, lab, pharmacy, billing or insurance claims
- Healthcare data standards such as HL7 FHIR
- HIPAA, or other rules for protecting patient data
