A software development company in Beirut.
We design, build, and run the systems that freight forwarders, customs brokers, online stores, doctors, and dental practices rely on every day. It starts with a free consultation to understand what you need. Then we build a solution around the way your team works.

Freight
One custom system for all 15 branches, from shipments and the warehouse to finance and staff, connected to an iOS and Android app where customers track shipments and earn loyalty points.
Customs
A customs declaration system and a proof-of-delivery app for Destinators, Azadea's customs broker in Lebanon: invoices in, declarations out, and every store delivery scanned and signed.
Freight
Customers of LTC Logistics track their shipments themselves, from anywhere, in an iOS and Android app and on a new bilingual website, instead of calling its team.
Freight
A rebuilt iOS and Android app where Titus customers track shipments and check balances, and a WhatsApp AI agent that answers questions, looks up shipment status, and gives quotes.
Freight
One web system that runs IBO Group's shipments from Turkey to Syria across its six branches, with automated workflows, built-in accounting, and a tracking link for customers.
E-commerce
An online store we launched from scratch, now selling in Lebanon and Egypt, with 100,000+ products kept up to date by our product import tool.
Healthcare
harp©, Gates Group's hospital information system, brings clinical care, the revenue cycle, the ERP, and analytics onto one platform. Incoding is its platform architect.
Associations
A bilingual records platform that replaces the association's legacy FoxPro directory with a staff dashboard, an online membership application, and email broadcasts to members.
Sports
A mobile-first app where monitors and referees report each match, and a dashboard where the federation follows live scores and reviews every final report.
Education
A bilingual learning platform for Careerly that links courses, webinars, and certificates to a scored talent profile, a job board, and a talent pool for its team.
E-commerce
A product sync tool that brings the products of 22 brands from their US stores into American Closet's Shopify store, and keeps their prices and stock up to date.
E-commerce
An English and Arabic online store, and an app for iOS and Android, that gave CMarket, a market selling only to walk-in customers, a second sales channel.
E-commerce
Otaku Mart sells Japanese and Korean snacks, drinks, and ingredients in Lebanon, and the online store we built for it has made $100k+ in revenue.
E-commerce
An online bookstore for Bookies, where readers in Lebanon browse books by genre, save a wishlist, and check out with Whish or cash on delivery.
Creative platforms
A portfolio and catalog platform for Archavio: people build their own site, sort their work or products into categories, and share it in one link.

Questions
Common questions.
Who we work with, how a project runs, and what we've built.
What does Incoding do?
Incoding is a software development company in Beirut, Lebanon. We design, build, and run custom web and mobile systems for shipping, logistics, e-commerce, and healthcare. We map how your team works on the ground, then digitize the work and automate the repetitive parts.
Where are your clients?
Our clients are in Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, China, and France. Our work page has case studies of their projects, from freight forwarders and customs brokers to online stores, a hospital information system, an alumni association, a sports federation, and a career academy.
How does a project start?
With a free consultation. We learn how your business runs and what you need, with no commitment. Then we spend time with your team, design the solution, and put a first version in your hands within six weeks.

How does pricing work?
We don't list prices on this site. Tell us how your team works today, what you want to change, and your volumes and current tools. You'll hear back from us within two working days. Every project starts with a free consultation, and a first version is in your hands within six weeks.
Who looks after the software after launch?
We do. We stand behind what we ship: monitoring, fixes and improvements for as long as you run it. Not a handover document. The same team stays with you from discovery to support.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes. For International Transportation, a freight forwarder, we built a Flutter customer app, published on the App Store, that reads from the same system the staff use. Customers follow their shipments, fees, documents, and wallet in English or Arabic. We also build web and mobile apps for doctors.
Do you work in English and Arabic?
Yes. We work in English and Arabic, and we build software in both. For a freight forwarder, we built an Arabic, right-to-left staff admin and an English and Arabic customer app. For a customs broker, we built a declaration app that prints Arabic customs forms with amounts written out in Arabic words.
What technologies do you use?
Our recent projects use Python with FastAPI and Django, .NET 10 and ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Flutter for mobile apps, AWS Textract for reading documents, and LangChain and LangGraph for AI services, hosted on Azure and Railway. We've also worked with nopCommerce and WordPress.
