Staff check the lines before they become a customs declaration, and the finished declaration is exported for customs from the same system.

How do you use AI?
We start with how your team really works, in two weeks of discovery on your floor. Then we turn paper-based processes, spreadsheets, and scattered conversations into connected systems and automated workflows. For a customs broker, we built an API that reads supplier invoice PDFs and returns the same seven fields for every line, for staff to review in an editable grid. We also build WhatsApp assistants that answer customers and staff from live data, AI that drafts reports for people to review, and integrations between systems so data is typed once. We build with Claude Code every day, and Incoding is a verified Claude Code partner of Anthropic.
What if the extraction gets a line wrong?
Staff review the lines in an editable grid and correct them before they become declaration items. If extraction fails, they type the lines in by hand. Before export, the API checks that item amounts match the invoice total to within 1%.
