Software for hospitals
harp©, Gates Group's hospital information system, brings every department of a hospital onto one platform, and Incoding is its platform architect. harp© is the intellectual property of Gates Group. Its clinical side runs from the medical record, nursing, and beds to the lab, imaging, pharmacy, emergency, intensive care, and the operating room.
Behind the care sit billing and insurance claims, the hospital's finance, supply chain, and HR, and analytics. In the care flow, each step updates the rest: a lab test raises its charge and takes its supplies from stock, and discharge builds the bill and the claim. Country packs, published by Gates Group, carry each region's rules. Apps for patients, physicians, and staff will run on iOS and Android.

For dental practices, we built software that runs the whole practice: each patient's file and medical history, a chart of every tooth, treatment plans in phases, the appointment schedule, payments, and the stock of medicines and equipment.
Medical AI
AI that takes on the paperwork
Our medical AI platform collects the patient's history with a guided questionnaire and drafts the consultation report for the doctor to review. Doctors use it on the web and on their phones, patients on the web, and an admin portal runs it.
In harp©, an AI layer is specified for every module and sequenced on the roadmap, and a named person makes each decision.
