Customs
For Destinators, a customs broker in Lebanon, we built a system that reads supplier invoices and turns them into customs declarations.
Staff check each line before it goes into the declaration, then export it for customs and print the Arabic forms, all from the same app.
Freight
International Transportation is a freight forwarder moving goods into Lebanon by land, sea, and air, through branches that ship to and receive from each other. We built the ERP the company runs on: shipments between branches, the warehouse, cash and transfers, payroll, and reports, with an Arabic admin for its staff.
Its customers follow every shipment in an iOS and Android app, in English or Arabic. We also built the company website.
E-commerce
For Dex Global Shop, we launched an online store from scratch. It now sells in Lebanon and Egypt, and brought in more than USD 100,000 in revenue in its first year in Egypt.
Behind it, our catalog tool brings products from Amazon US into the store, each with its photos and details, and checks that every product is complete before it goes on sale. The catalog now holds more than 100,000 SKUs.

One web system that runs IBO Group's shipments from Turkey to Syria across its six branches, with automated workflows, built-in accounting, and a tracking link for customers.
American Closet, E-commerce
A product sync tool that brings the products of 22 brands from their US stores into American Closet's Shopify store, and keeps their prices and stock up to date.
CMarket, E-commerce
An English and Arabic online store, and an app for iOS and Android, that gave CMarket, a market selling only to walk-in customers, a second sales channel.
Otaku Mart, E-commerce
Otaku Mart sells Japanese and Korean snacks, drinks, and ingredients in Lebanon, and the online store we built for it has made $100k+ in revenue.

Yes. For Destinators, a customs broker in Lebanon, we built an extraction API and a declaration app that turn supplier invoices into ASYCUDA XML for Lebanese customs. The system checks that item amounts match the invoice total to within 1%, holds 6,938 HS codes with Arabic titles from the Lebanese customs tariff, and prints the Arabic customs forms.
Yes. At International Transportation, a freight forwarder, each shipping policy starts as a draft with its fees. It then moves out of the sending branch through shipped and transit, and into the receiving branch as upcoming, new in the warehouse, and received. Goods are checked in by barcode scan, and customers follow the same policy in the app.
Yes. International Transportation's system also runs transfers between branches with their fees, cash boxes per branch with currency conversion, transfers between boxes, an approval queue, and monthly payroll with incentives and advances. Its reports cover each branch, status, and date.
Yes. Online stores and their product catalogs are part of our shipping, logistics, and e-commerce work. For Dex Global Shop, we launched an online store from scratch, mydex.shop on nopCommerce, which now sells in Lebanon and Egypt. Our catalog tool imports Amazon US products, flags any product missing a price, weight, brand, or category, and sends only complete products to the store, which now holds more than 100,000 SKUs. In 2026, we started revamping the store.
