Browsing the site
The site sets no cookies and shows no ads. It loads no scripts or fonts from other sites.
We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Speed Insights. Neither sets cookies. They show us only totals, such as page views, clicks on our contact links, forms sent, the sites that sent visitors, the countries they came from and loading times. They can't tell us who you are or follow you to other sites.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers your choice in its local storage, under the name inc-theme. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Like any website host, Vercel receives your IP address and browser details with every request. It uses them to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, and keeps them in its logs for a short time.
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, your email, the service you need and, if you like, notes about your project. It is emailed to our inbox at info@incoding.dev through Resend, with your email as the reply address, so we can answer you directly. Emails you send us arrive in the same inbox.
We use these details only to answer you and to prepare for our call, because you asked us to get in touch. We don't add you to a mailing list.
We keep your message until you ask us to delete it.
When you apply for a role
The application form asks for:
- Your full name, email, phone number, and the city and country you live in
- Your LinkedIn profile and your portfolio, GitHub or website, if you add them
- Your years of experience and when you could start
- A cover letter, if you write one
- Your answers to the role's own questions
- Your CV, if you attach one (some roles ask for it)
With your application we store when you sent it, which version of the consent text you agreed to, whether you also want to be considered for future openings, and the IP address it came from.
We use your application only to consider you for the role you applied for, and for our future openings if you tick “Also keep my application for future openings”. We use the IP address to block automated and repeated applications, and keep it in our security log.
We do this with your consent, which you give with the first box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@incoding.dev, and we then delete your application.
Only the people on our team who review applications can open yours. CVs are kept in private file storage, and everything travels over encrypted connections. When an application arrives, the team gets an email that names the role and gives a reference number, without your name, contact details or answers. Any email we send you about your application goes through Resend.
To help us review applications, our team may ask Anthropic's AI model, Claude, to compare yours with the role's requirements. It receives your experience, availability, cover letter, answers and CV, but not the name, email, phone number or links you entered in the form (your CV is sent as you wrote it). Its rating is only a suggestion: a person always reads your application and makes every decision about it.
We keep your application until you ask us to delete it. Deleting it also deletes your CV and our notes on it. Our security log keeps only the time, the IP address and the reference number.
Who handles your data for us
We use a few providers to run the site and our internal systems. Each handles your data on our behalf, to provide its service to us.

- Railway
- Runs our internal system, which receives the applications sent from this site. Its servers are in the Netherlands.
- Supabase
- Keeps applications in our database and CVs in private file storage. Its servers are in Germany.
- Resend
- Sends our emails, including the messages from the contact form. Based in the United States.
- Google Workspace
