Titus Logistics
From a wrapped website to a rebuilt customer app
A rebuilt iOS and Android app where Titus customers track shipments and check balances, and a WhatsApp AI agent that answers questions, looks up shipment status, and gives quotes.
The challenge
Titus Logistics is a shipping company in Lebanon, with branches in China and Dubai. It moves its customers' goods by sea and air, and its warehouse system holds every order, status, and balance. Its customers followed their shipments in an old app that was only a website wrapped in an app, known as a WebView. They reached the team on WhatsApp and by phone.
- Customers following their shipments in an old app that was only a website wrapped in an app
- Every order, status, and balance held in Titus's warehouse system
- Customers reaching the team on WhatsApp and by phone
What we built
Titus customers now have a new iOS and Android app, rebuilt from the ground up with a new, modern design. It is live on the App Store and Google Play. They sign in with a password or a code by SMS, or request an account on WhatsApp. They search their shipments and filter them by sea or air, status, and date. Each shipment opens with its route, carrier, departure and arrival dates, cartons, volume, and weight, and photos of the goods at the warehouse. A timeline shows its seven stages, from order created to delivered.
Customers can pre-alert a parcel on its way to the warehouse with its courier tracking number. They see their balance and account statement in US dollars and Chinese yuan, with the live exchange rate. A dashboard shows their monthly weight and volume by sea and air, against the year before. A push notification arrives when a shipment's status changes, Titus announcements appear in the app, and one tap opens WhatsApp with their account manager. The app runs in English and Arabic, right to left in Arabic.
Behind the app, we built the Titus API. It connects the app to the warehouse system, makes sure each customer sees only their own orders, and sends the push notifications. We built the app and the API in 2026. We also built the Titus WhatsApp AI agent. On WhatsApp, where customers already talk to Titus, it answers their questions, looks up the status of their shipments, and gives them quotes.

How it works
One shipment, followed from the customer's phone.
Step 1: Pre-alert
The customer pre-alerts a parcel with its courier tracking number.
Step 2: Collected
The goods reach the warehouse, and the app shows their photos.
Step 3: Loaded
The goods leave by sea or air, with the carrier and dates in the app.
Step 4: Arrived
The shipment reaches its destination warehouse.
Step 5: Delivered
The customer signs for it, and the timeline shows it complete.
A push notification reaches the customer each time the status changes, and the WhatsApp AI agent can look it up too.
